Toxic Spill...Wanna Swim?

As I write this, there is a rather large toxic spill not too far from me. I think around my location is safe, and waste is apparently not dangerous enough to kill.

So as this is all happening I begin to think of all the comic book heroes and villains that have been created by toxic and radioactive accidents. Daredevil was blinded by some nasty stuff, the Hulk was bombarded by radioactive waves, and of course we all know about that radioactive spider. So...what goes through my mind is this, if I decide to head for the accident scene, strip-down to my boxers and take a dip, will I come out with super-powers? Can you imagine what could possibly happen? Meh...with my luck my super powers would be an amazing sense of self pity...

Damn those lucky accident victims...
