The Costume Question

Later this month the Wifey's boss is holding a swanky Haloween party at his place. I love costume parties, but am finding it difficult to select a costume. My initial idea of showing up like mild mannered reporter Clark Kent, with a Superman shirt underneath was poo-pooed by the Wifey.

I then thought about going as Peter Griffin from 'The Family Guy'...but then decided I would look odd with a huge belly and normal sized head. I briefly considered going as the Wifey and she would go as me...but she found that dressing like a man is not as exciting for her, as opposed to me dressing like a woman.

So now I am completely out of ideas..Help!
